An aerial <br />view of the incident location is provided in Appendix 1. <br />Incident Background: <br />On September 8, 2021 at 2030 ET, approximately 3 gallons of Hydrochloric Acid released <br />impacting the concrete dock at the above referenced location, a FedEx Ground terminal, due to <br />improper loading. No soils, drains or waterways were reported impacted by this release. <br />Emergency Response: <br />On September 9, 2021 at 0027 ET, FedEx Ground retained Emergency Response and Training <br />Solutions (ERTS) to manage and oversee environmental operations.
