Received a call from Tariq Mojaddidi (attorney) on behalf of Martin <br />Diaz (owner/tenant). Office hearing was cancelled, phone conference with Robert <br />McClellon, myself and Tariq instead. Tariq mentioned the property has been <br />cleaned up. Tariq emailed pictures of the property and EHD sent him a picture <br />from the complainant. <br />09/22/2021 11299 W Larch Rd CHAO <br />Re-inspection to follow up on correction. Spoke to complainant, was given <br />permission to enter the adjacent property and take pictures from the porch. <br />Observed multiple vehicles on the property, 3 forklifts, a plaster mixer, scaffolds, <br />and stucco materials.
