Corrected on site items were <br /> discarded. <br /> Observed observed containers of Queso Cotija on top of display counter at Creameria. Container label says perishable keep <br /> refrigerated, packages were room temperature. Discard containers on counter top and store potentially hazardous items at <br /> 41 F or below. Corrected on site, containers were discarded. <br /> The pork and rice at the deli counter warmer were 132 F and the beef was 133 F. Provide 135 F or above for hot holding. <br /> Correct immediately. <br /> The cut fruit ice bath tray was 45 F. Provide 41 F or below and keep adequate levels of ice to maintain temperature. Correct <br /> today. <br /> The open cake display at the bakery was 45 F. Provide 41 F or below today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
