Item No. <br />PC: 11-7-85 <br />SU -86-1 <br />Page 5 <br />PERMIT HISTORY• <br />PM -83-19: <br />To resubdivide a 9.5 acre parcel and a 9.59 acre parcel into <br />four parts. Parcels A and B to contain 4.6 acres each, and <br />parcels C and D to contain 4.0 acres each. <br />1 <br />�`l Approved January 6, 1983 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The cul-de-sac shall be constructed to County standards <br />and dedicated to the County. <br />2. Drainage shall conform to County standards. <br />3. Local Health District: All future development must <br />comply with County Ordinances 549 and 1862. <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1. The subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the County <br />to pay all users fees for utility services to the project <br />from the time that the improvements are accepted by the <br />County. <br />2. All utilities shall be underground as provided in Section <br />9-310 of the County Code. <br />3. This Tentative Map shall expire on November 7, 1988, unless <br />all conditions of approval have been fulfilled and a Final <br />Map has been filed prior to that date. <br />4. Sewage disposal systems or methods shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Local Health District and Ordinance No. <br />549. <br />5. All lots in the subdivision shall have room for 100 percent <br />expansion of their septic systems. <br />6. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br />stored and removed in accordance with San Joaquin County <br />Ordinances 877 and 1481. <br />7. The water system shall conform to the requirements of the <br />Local Health District, the Department of Public Works, and <br />Ordinance No. 1862. <br />B. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well per- <br />mit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br />
