The subdivider is to provide such <br /> means of public water supply and maintenance according to <br /> the standards of the Local Health District and the State <br /> of California Department of Public Health. <br /> 7 . An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire <br /> hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the County Fire Control Officer. <br /> 8. Sewerage, drainage, and street lighting systems shall be <br /> maintained by a maintPnannP district. The maintenance <br /> district snail be formed prior to acceptance or the sinal subdivision map <br /> y . Provision for opening and improvement of Cambridge Drive <br /> with the development of Unit No. 1 to insure adequate access <br /> to the subdivision. <br /> 10, in lieu of a conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892 (as amended) , <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said Section. <br /> 11. It should be pointed <br /> out, however, that the zoning permits duplexes on any lot with <br /> 6500 sq, ft. or in this proposal on 37 o f the proposed lots . <br /> - Since the remainders (Lot C, D, & E) of this development cannot <br /> be subdivided to their ultimate size until a zone with a less <br /> restrictive lot size is obtained, no further subdivision of this <br /> property can occur until the necessary reclassification(s) is <br /> obtained. <br />
