In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as pre- <br /> scribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value <br /> as defined in said section. <br /> 10. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 11. Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance 672 <br /> shall be provided within the subdivision. Duncan Road shall <br /> be fully improved on the subdivided side to Front Street in <br /> compliance with County standards. Curbs, gutters, and side- <br /> walks shall be provided throughout the subdivision and on <br /> Duncan Road. <br /> 12. The design of the subdivision shall be revised so that : <br /> a) Serr Court does not connect with Duncan Road. <br /> b) An additional access to the east is provided. <br /> c) Lot "A" is adjacent to Duncan Road and has frontage. <br />
