One septic system appeared to utilize two 25 <br />foot deep seepage pits per leach line. <br />1.3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br />Septic repairs in the vicinity appear to be for the addition of leach lines and seepage pits. Copies <br />of selected septic permits can be found in Appendix C of this report. <br />1.3.7 Expected On -Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br />The total maximum daily septic tank usage for the site was calculated based on the EHD <br />recommended daily use rate of 70 gallons per day (gpd) per bedroom assuming double <br />occupancy per bedroom.
