20 January 2021 <br />Project No. 20-6284 <br />Page 3 of 14 <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> <br />There is currently no septic system at the subject property. A septic system was formerly <br />located at the property; the system consisted of one 700-gallon tank with one <br />compartment, two 20-foot-long leach lines and two seepage pits. The septic system was <br />destroyed in April 2020 under San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) permit (Appendix B). <br /> <br />The proposed septic system is planned to be installed in the northwestern area of the <br />subject property (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist of a 1,200-gallon <br />septic tank with two compartments, three 55-foot-long leach lines and three 25-foot-deep <br />seepage pits. The septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom residence <br />planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> <br /> <br />3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> <br />There is currently no septic system at the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> <br />Two liquid waste septic permits are on file at the EHD for the subject property, the <br />following is a summary of the permits on file: <br /> <br /> EHD Permit #16489, dated October 1963: Addition of one 20-foot-long leach line <br />and one 25-foot-deep seepage pit to an existing septic tank permitted for a two- <br />bedroom residence. <br /> EHD Permit SR0082006, dated April 2020: Destruction of septic tank and leach <br />lines. <br /> <br />Copies of the liquid waste permits are provided in Appendix B. <br /> <br />Except for EHD Permits 79-1197, 82-301 and 88-2365 for well pump replacement, there <br />are no other liquid waste permits on file for 6631 South Jack Tone Road, Stockton, <br />California. <br /> <br /> <br />3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> <br />One septic permit for repair/addition is on record at EHD. EHD permit #16489, indicates <br />one 20-foot-long leach line and one 25-foot-deep seepage pit were added to the existing <br />septic system in October 1963 (Appendix B). <br />
