Lee Hall
December 12, 1984
Page Two
3. D.R.E. report modified to read "water system at
present is slightly over State standards in the
area of TDS which is a shortcoming in aesthetics
but is not a health hazard."
I already have Westex and Culligan working on this situation
in the event we have to treat the water and both companies
state they can have proposals ready in thirty days and
systems in place, if necessary, in ninety days. In the
interim, I need to move in four families within the next
thirty days and propose the following:
1. The D.R.E. report sets out individual wells and
a community system as water supplies.
2. Individual wells be installed on four properties
with chemical tests approved and signed by the
homeowners.
3. Individual wells are abandoned when community
system is operating.
Your favorable reply will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
.
W. Dave Olmstead
WDO/bw
