Lee Hall - Carl Borgman September 14, 1983 Page Two
Culligan has a system, we think, fits the situation very
well. Such system lowers the TDS by approximately 75%,
delivers treated, cold water to an appropriate location, and is
easily and inexpensively maintained. Specifications and other
related documents are hereby attached.
We propose to install an Aqua -Clear unit in each home for
the above projects and include such cost in the sales price of
each house. We intend to contract with Culligaan.In_ternati_onal
to perform the following on a routine basis:
1. Have a registered engineer replace the turbidity filter as
recommended (once each six months at $7.50 including filter and
labor).
2. Check TDS at each unit and file a report with the Health
Department.
3. Have a registered engineer replace the R/0 module as
recommended (once each 18 months at $45.00 including filter).
It is intended that the above costs are built into the
homeowners association and be governed by such association to
insure perpetuity after the project has been completed.
We would appreciate your consideration and acceptance of
this proposal.
Sincerely,
W. Dave Olmstead
Enclosures
WDO/mo
