The
installations are to meet the Rules and Regulations of county
ordinances pursuant to water supply and sewage disposal. All
wells shall have a cement annular seal a minimum of a fifty
(50) foot depth. Bentonite will not be acceptable as a sealing
material for the annular seal in this rural residential sub-
division. The developers shall assure an adequate water supply.
The well installation shall not penetrate aquifers that will re-
sult in the degradation of a fresh water aquifer with water from
an aquifer of undesirable water quality,
Soil percolation tests shall determine the size of the leaching
area. The leaching areas shall be designated on the final map,
It is my understanding that this condition is agreeable to the
developers of the subdivision.
Jack J.
