DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OCT. 20, 1976
7.(a) Continued item for SUBDIVISION MAY NO. S-77-2 of THOMAS LUCKEY (c/o R.Y.
Weldum & Associates) for an 11 lot residential subdivision, on the east side of
Highway 99 Frontage [toad, 100' south of Morada Lane, northeast of Stockton, in
C-2, R-4 and RA -30 Zones. This item was continued from Oct. 13, 1976.
Ron Weldum and Tom Luckey were present. A revised map was submitted.
It was stated that Valley Drive was to connect to Greenwood Lane. Mr. Schramek
commented that Lloyd Lane should be brought up to County standards and dedicated to the
County. This should be added to the conditions.
Mr. ball of the Local Health District said that if they are going to ask for wells
for fire hydrants, the Local Health District would ask for public water. lie felt
that condition six should be removed. It was suggested that the condition be left
and that a representative for the Fire District be present fur the Commission meeting
to explain their recomunendatton.
Mr. Luckey said that condition 05 should be re -written to be sure that the request
is not for a commiunity water system. He felt that the Fire District should be notified
that it would be going on private wells.
Mr. Norris said that the Parks and Recreation Dept. has a service area established
in the vicinity but the tax rate has not been established and that must be by election.
MOTION: Moved, seconded (Schramek-Frieders) and carried by a unanimous roll call vote
to recommend approval of the revised map subject to the conditions revised, listed
as follows:
1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the County
of San Joaquin.
2. Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E., Y.T.&T., and all
other public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892,
as amended, shall apply.
3.
