7. Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by a County Service <br />Area. The County Service Area shall be formed prior to acceptance of the <br />Final Map. <br />B. The minimum net lot area shall be as per ordinance. <br />9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section <br />18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the developer shall contribute fees of <br />equivalent value as defined in said section. <br />10.
