4 <br />A <br />E <br />7 <br />Lathrop County Water District: <br />The developer shall provide the District with all water/sewer <br />extensions, pay all fees, and submit all plans as required by <br />the Lathrop County Water District for approval. <br />Building Inspection: <br />a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br />shall be approved and a grading permit shall be issued by <br />the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any <br />excavation or filling of earth material. <br />b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br />the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br />c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br />and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br />details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall <br />comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br />Requirements." <br />e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br />porated in the grading plans. <br />f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br />Ten -foot -wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br />all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be <br />dedicated when the final map is filed. <br />Manteca -Lathrop Rural Fire Department: <br />Conform to the requirements in accordance with the Uniform <br />Building Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the National Fire <br />Protection Agency, the San Joaquin County Sprinkler <br />Ordinance, and related local ordinances. <br />NOTE: On April 16, 1987, the San Joaquin <br />Commission approved SU -87-5 subject <br />Approval listed above. <br />County Planning <br />to the Conditions of <br />Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SU -87-5) <br />
