A specific development pro- <br />ject for the proposed C-M zone has not been submitted. <br />As part of this rezoning application, the Planning Division is <br />proposing that a 1.66-acre parcel adjacent to the 36.63-acre par- <br />cel be rezoned from I-PA to C-2. This parcel is identified as <br />Assessor Parcel No. 195-121-09 and is owned by Douglas Ferris. <br />The parcel contains a single-family residence.
