Item No. 3 <br />PC: 12-4-86 <br />ZR-87-10 <br />Page 2 <br />two zoning districts: Rl-U (Single-family Residential, Urban) <br />for 30.43 acres, and C-M (Commercial-Manufacturing) for 6.2 <br />acres. <br />The underlying project for the proposed Rl-U zone is a single- <br />family residential subdivision called "Rose Gate Terrace," which <br />consists of approximately 152 lots. A specific development pro- <br />ject for the proposed C-M zone has not been submitted. <br />As part of this rezoning application, the Planning Division is <br />proposing that a 1.66-acre parcel adjacent to the 36.63-acre par- <br />cel be rezoned from I-PA to C-2. This parcel is identified as <br />Assessor Parcel No. 195-121-09 and is owned by Douglas Ferris. <br />The parcel contains a single-family residence.
