Relations in Superfund A Handbook" (October, 1987) , t1RCRA <br /> Corrective Action Plan" (November, 1986) , 11RCRA Facility <br /> 8 Investigation (RFI) Guidance (July 1987) , and 11RCRA Ground <br /> Water Technical Enforcement Guidance Document" (September, <br /> 9 <br /> 10 1986) . <br /> 11 5. 3 . 2 Workplan Objectives <br /> 12 The objectives of the Workplan are to: <br /> A. Determine the nature and full extent of contamination. <br /> 13 <br /> of air, soil, surface water and groundwater at the <br /> 14 <br /> Site and adjacent areas; <br /> 15 <br /> B. Identify all existing and potential migration <br /> 16 <br /> 17 pathways, including the direction, rate and <br /> dispersion of contaminant migration; <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> C.
