Determine the nature and full extent of contamination. <br /> 13 <br /> of air, soil, surface water and groundwater at the <br /> 14 <br /> Site and adjacent areas; <br /> 15 <br /> B. Identify all existing and potential migration <br /> 16 <br /> 17 pathways, including the direction, rate and <br /> dispersion of contaminant migration; <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> C.
