i <br /> 1 "Community Relations in Superfund - A Handbook" <br /> 2 (October, 1987) . <br /> 31 <br /> 5 . 3 . 3 Workplan Contents <br /> i <br /> 4This section sets forth the Remedial Investigation/Feasibility <br /> Study (RI/FS) requirements , as enumerated under applicable <br /> 5 1I <br /> 6 � state and federal laws and EPA guidance documents. The <br /> 7 Respondent has previously submitted the deliverables listed in <br /> 8 Sections 2 . 3 et seq. to the Department. The Respondent's <br /> 9 <br /> workplan may describe any Workplan requirements which have <br /> i <br /> 10 been satisfied by the previous submissions. The Order is not <br /> 11 intended to require Respondent to duplicate work or report <br /> 12 writing activities previously performed pursuant to the terms <br /> 13 of the 1984 Settlement Agreement, although the Department may <br /> 14 require supplementation or correction of such work or j <br /> 15 activities as it deems necessary. This Order will direct the <br /> 16 work to be performed after its effective date. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> The Workplan shall cover each of the following elements: <br /> 19 Remedial Investigation, Remedial Investigation Report, Data <br /> 20 Management Plan, Feasibility Study, Feasibility Study Report, <br /> i <br /> 21 and Community Relations Plan and shall contain a schedule for <br /> 22 implementation of each element. - <br /> 23 A. The Remedial Investigation shall result in data of <br /> 24 adequate technical quality to support the development <br /> 25 and the evaluation of the corrective measures or <br /> 26 alternatives during the feasibility study.
