r <br /> 1 5. 4 . 2 Implementation of Final Remedial Action_ Plan <br /> 2 By August 1, 1990 Respondent shall submit to the Department a <br /> i <br /> 3 detailed Remedial Action (RA) Workplan containing technical and <br /> 4 operational plans and engineering designs for implementation of <br /> 5 the approved remedial or removal action alternative, and a <br /> 6 schedule for implementation of each activity. The Workplan <br /> 7 shall also describe the nature and design of the construction <br /> 8 or equipment to be employed, a site specific Hazardous Waste <br /> 9 Transportation Plan ( if necessary) , the identity of any <br /> to contractors, transporters and other persons conducting removal I <br /> i <br /> 11 and remedial activities for the Respondent, post remedial <br /> 12 sampling and monitoring procedures for air, soil, surface water <br /> 13 and groundwater, and shall cover all of the subjects described <br /> 14 in paragraph 5. 3 . 3 .A, subdivisions (1) , (2) , (3) , and (4) as <br /> 15 they pertain to the removal and remedial activities. All <br /> 16 approved removal or remedial actions excluding operation and <br /> I <br /> 17 maintenance shall be completed by June 1, 1991. <br /> 18 A.' Upon Department approval of the RA Workplan, <br /> 19 Respondent shall implement the final RAP. <br /> 20 B. Respondent shall be responsible for operation and <br /> 21 maintenance requirements in accordance with the final <br /> 22 RAP and RA Workplan. <br /> 23 0, During the i.mplementation of the final RAP and RA <br /> 24 Workplan the Department may specify such additions, <br /> 25 modifications and revisions to the RA Workplan as may <br /> 26 be necessary to implement the RAP. <br /> 29 D.
