The RAP shall set forth in detail appropriate steps tc. <br /> 12 remedy air, soil, surface water and groundwater contamination. <br /> 13 at the Site and adjacent areas. The RAP shall be prepared in <br /> 14 accordance with the standards and requirements set forth in <br /> 15 California Health and Safety Code Section 25356. 1, and should <br /> 16 also be based on EPA's: "Superfund Remedial Design and <br /> 17 Remedial Action (RD/RA) Guidance" (February 1985) , 11RCRA <br /> 18 Corrective Action Plan" (November 1986) , "Construction Quality <br /> 19 Assurance for Hazardous Waste Land Disposal Facilities" (July <br /> 20 1986) , and submitted in accordance with the schedule in Exhibit <br /> 21 F. The RAP shall also contain an initial study prepared in <br /> 22 compliance with the requirements of Title 14 , Code of - <br /> 9-3 California Regulation (CCR) Section 15063 .
