1 Respondent's consent to the issuance of this Order shall not be <br /> 2 construed as an admission of liability for the conditions at <br /> 3t <br /> he Site. Nothing in this paragraph is intended or shall be <br /> 4 construed to limit the Department's right to enforce this Order <br /> 5 through appropriate proceedings. The government reserves its i <br /> 6 right to recover from Respondent any costs incurred as provided <br /> i <br /> 7 in Section 25360 of the Health and Safety Code and any other <br /> 8 <br /> applicable provisions of law. <br /> 9 6 . 18 PARTIES BOUND <br /> 10 This Order applies to and is binding upon Respondent, its <br /> 11 <br /> directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, and its <br /> 12 successors and assigns. <br /> 13 6. 19 TERMINATION AND SATISFACTION <br /> 14 The provisions of this Order shall be deemed satisfied upon <br /> 15 receipt by the Respondent of written notice from the Department <br /> 16 that the Respondent has demonstrated that all of the terms of <br /> 17 this Order, including any additional work, modifications or <br /> 18 amendments, have been completed in accordance with the terms <br /> 19 hereof to the satisfaction of the Department.
