I receivers, trustees, successors, or of .any persons, including <br /> 2 but not limited to, firms, corporations, subsidiaries, <br /> 3 '1 contractors, or consultants in carrying out activities pursuant <br /> 4 to this Order, nor shall the State of California be held as <br /> 5 party to any contract entered into by Respondent or its agents <br /> 61 <br /> in carrying out activities pursuant to this Order. Respondent, <br /> 7 by this order, does not assume any liability arising out of the , <br /> 8 acts or omissions of the Department, its agents, employees or <br /> 9 representatives during the course of any activities conducted <br /> 10 pursuant to this Order. <br /> 11 6 . 16 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS <br /> 12 Nothing in this Order is intended or shall be construed to <br /> 13 limit the rights of any of the parties hereto with respect to <br /> 14 claims arising out of or relating to the deposit or disposal at <br /> 15 any other location of substances removed from the Site. The <br /> 16 parties to this Order expressly reserve all rights, claims, <br /> 17 demands and causes of action they have against any and all <br /> 18 other persons and entities who are not parties to this Order, <br /> 19 and as to each other for matters not covered hereby.
