t ^, <br /> Department and the Board shall be submitted to them by MCTC on <br /> the date specified in paragraph III . 0 below. <br /> C . MCTC shall submit the results of the Soil and <br /> Groundwater AsseLsment Plan described in paragraph II .A. above <br /> to the Department and the Board by the date specified in that <br /> Plan. <br /> IV . IMPLEMENTATION : MCTC shall commence implementation of the <br /> following plans on the dates indicated below: <br /> A. Soil and Groundwater Assessment Pian as described in <br /> paragraph II .A hereof by the latter of (i ) Februa-y 28 , 1985 or <br /> (ii ) 30 days after approval of that plan by the Department and <br /> the Board; <br /> B . Off- Site Sampling Plan as described in II .B <br /> hereof . February 14 , 1985 ; <br /> C . Operation Plan as described in paragraph II .D <br /> hereof date to be agreed upon; <br /> D. Mitigation Plan as described in paragraph II . E <br /> hereof within 60 days after final approval of that plan <br /> by the Department and the Board. <br /> V . QUALITY ASSURANCE : MCTC shall contract with an independent <br /> laboratory acceptable to the Department and the Board for the <br /> performance of quality assurance analyses on samples taken dur- <br /> ing the implementation of the Soil and Groundwater Assessment <br /> Plan , the results of which shall be forwarded to the Depart- <br /> ment , the Board and MCTC.
