1 . The Department and the Board shall approve or <br /> require amendments to the plan within 30 days of <br /> its submission. <br /> 2 . MCTC shall submit for final approval a final <br /> version of the Mitigation Plan to the Department <br /> and the Board within 30 days after receipt of <br /> comments from the Department and the Board . <br /> II1 . Reports : MCTC shall make- the following reports to the <br /> Department and the Board : <br /> A . MCTC shall submit immediately a report on the results <br /> of all groundwater samples and analyses performed at the Facil- <br /> ity since December, 101,83 which are currently available ; <br /> B . MCTC shall submit to the Department and the Board by <br /> December 20 , 1984 such of the data and analyses specified in <br /> paragraphs 3A and B of the document dated March 5 , 1984 enti- <br /> tled "Minimum Conditions for Corrective Actions at the Marley <br /> Cooling Tower Company , Stockton, San Joaquin County , California <br /> (the "March 5 Document" ) which are then currently available or <br /> as have been assembled by MCTC for use in preparing the Soil <br /> and Groundwater Assessment Plans described in paragraph II .A of <br /> this Exhibit . The report on the results of the Soil and <br /> Groundwater Assessment Plan described in paragraph III . 0 below <br /> shall include a presentation of all of the hydrological and <br /> geological information specified in paragraph 3A of the March 5 <br /> Document . Any data or analyses specified in paragraphs 3A and <br /> B of the March 5 Document not previously provided to the <br /> ' S <br />
