The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SPEEDEE OIL CHANGE & TUNE-UP-MTCA as of May 27, 2022. <br /> Open violations from December 10, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#109-Failed to maintain a hazardous waste contingency plan onsite and submit to required <br /> agencies. <br /> OBSERVATION: A copy of the hazardous waste contingency plan was not available for review during the <br /> inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.53 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain a copy of the contingency plan on-site and submit to all required local agencies. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#117-Failed to maintain complete hazardous waste training records. <br /> OBSERVATION: Annual hazardous waste training records were not available during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br /> signed (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
