The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for SPEEDEE OIL CHANGE & TUNE-UP-MTCA as of May 27, 2022. Open violations from December 10, 2021 inspection Violation#109-Failed to maintain a hazardous waste contingency plan onsite and submit to required agencies. OBSERVATION: A copy of the hazardous waste contingency plan was not available for review during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.53 CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain a copy of the contingency plan on-site and submit to all required local agencies. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#117-Failed to maintain complete hazardous waste training records. OBSERVATION: Annual hazardous waste training records were not available during the inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16 Personnel Training CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
