The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for J & H MARINE INC as of November 22 , 2022 . Open violations from February 08 , 2022 inspection Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . OBSERVATION The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years during the inspection . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262 . 23 ( a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which received the waste . This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 2/8/2019 - 2/8/2022 for all hazardous waste including bilge water, oily water, coolant , used oil filters/fuel filters , waste fuel , oily solids . Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . OBSERVATION The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported from the site in the past three years . The missing receipts include : waste oil , bilge water, coolant, used oil filters/fuel filters . REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Locate a copy of the receipts between 2/8/2019 - 2/8/2022 . Maintain the records on -site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) .
