The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for J & H MARINE INC as of November22 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from February 08, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #115 - Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years . <br /> OBSERVATION Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries were not found on site . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266 . 81 Requirements <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days . Send copy of manifest or bill of lading <br /> for batteries recycles during 2021 . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #117 - Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> OBSERVATION This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 5/20/2020 within 30 <br /> days . The report was delivered to the business on 5/20/2020 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a ) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require , which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency , the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
