FOR REFERENCE ONLY <br /> Spill Response Procedures ENV-401 <br /> Spill Response Procedures <br /> Important: Stations/Hubs with onsite fuel storage tanks must implement their Spill <br /> Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)/Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Plan. <br /> If the spill can be contained and cleaned up with onsite spill material and an emergency response <br /> vendor is not required, then: <br /> • Assure all waste generated from the spill is properly disposed. <br /> • Refer to Non-Hazardous Waste, ENV-704 or Hazardous Waste Management, ENV-700, if <br /> applicable or contact Environmental Affairs for proper disposal procedures. <br /> • Report the spill incident through Your Environmental Detail InfoCenter (YEDI) only if FXG <br /> Emergency Spill Response Service is not involved. <br /> • Refer to the Emergency Action Directory for additional reporting requirements. <br /> Offsite Spill Procedures <br /> Immediately Contact: <br /> • FXG Emergency Spill Response Service — 833-FXG-SPIL <br /> • Local Safety personnel <br /> • Environmental Affairs department <br /> • If the spill results in third-party property damage, follow instructions in the Emergency Action <br /> Directory by calling the FXG Accident Reporting Center at 1-877-714-1100 <br /> Refer to the Emergency Action Directory for additional reporting <br /> requirements. <br /> Some state and local regulatory agencies require immediate reporting regardless of volume. FXG <br /> Emergency Spill Response Service will evaluate the spill and report the incident to state or local <br /> regulatory agencies where applicable. <br /> FXG Emergency Spill Response Service Responsibilities <br /> • Dispatch a response vendor <br /> • Immediately report the spill to appropriate regulatory agencies, as necessary <br /> • Notify the Environmental Affairs department of the spill <br /> • Ensure the response and clean-up services are conducted in accordance to environmental law <br /> and regulations <br /> • Monitor the response vendor activities and costs <br /> • Submit invoices and reports to Environmental Affairs department <br /> Environmental Affairs Responsibilities <br /> The FXG Environmental Affairs department will review the oversight of the response vendor, <br /> provide guidance, and process invoices.
