DEF was observed all over the dispenser.Absorbent was observed inside the storm drain west <br /> of the fuel island and inside oil-water separator between dispenser#2 and#3. This was confirmed by contractor of <br /> ANCON. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the oil-water separator. Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up <br /> waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report.
