Employee killed the live adult. <br /> Immediately clean up all dead and dying roaches. No roaches were observed at food contact surfaces this date. Clean and <br /> sanitize affected areas today(remove aluminum foil and clean the mixer bowl). <br /> The most recent Ecolab date of service(observed service report)was 1-25-2022 (no service has been obtained since the <br /> routine inspection).
