5.0 INTERVIEWS <br />5.1 Interview with Client <br />Lori White, Mr. Tate's partner, was interviewed by telephone on January 21, <br />2022. Ms. White indicated that Mr. Tate bought the property last June, they <br />never spoke with the seller, and have no knowledge of past uses of the Site. <br />She indicated that, at the time of purchase, a hazards disclosure document <br />indicated that the property across the street was a hazardous materials handler <br />and transporter. <br />Ms. White was not aware of any former structures, fuel tanks, chemical storage, <br />illegal dumping, buried debris, automotive or equipment maintenance, or other <br />environmental issues affecting the Site. <br />6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br />6.1 _Environmental Health Department Records <br />Hazardous Materials Records <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br />regarding the Site address of 11880 East Ada Avenue, Stockton. Laura Sauers <br />of that office indicated that no hazardous materials records were identified <br />(personal communication, January 25, 2022). <br />Well & Septic Permits <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />well and septic permit files for the Site address of 11880 East Ada Avenue. No <br />permits were identified. <br />7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br />7.1 EPA Databases <br />The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br />sites through two sub -agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The <br />SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, <br />leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land <br />disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br />Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br />DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br />LOGE 2207 4 <br />
