be seen several parcels northwest of the Site. No other significant changes are
apparent.
In the 1975 photo, a second poultry farm can be seen two parcels east of the
Site. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 1993 photo, the Site and adjacent land to the west appear to have been
mowed. Six long, thin buildings can be seen on the adjacent parcel to the east.
New residences can be seen to the south.
In the 2002 photo, all but two of the thin buildings have been removed from the
adjacent parcel to the east. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 2011 photo, many small objects (chicken coops) can be seen at the
adjacent parcel to the east. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 2018 photo, no significant changes are apparent.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the Site on January 25, 2022. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak walked the boundaries of the
property. The Site consists of open land with a few trees at its southwest corner.
Because the entire Site was covered in seasonal vegetation, the ground surface
was not visible.
The adjacent properties to the north of the Site were rural residences surrounded
by open land. To the east was a rural residence with many chicken and rooster
pens. At the south end of this property were two old greenhouses or poultry
buildings and a storm pond. More rural residences with open land were located
to the west. It appears that the southernmost property owner to the west is in the
process of fencing the property line with recycled creosote -treated railroad ties.
Additional railroad ties have been installed on that property, and several plastic
drums and other construction materials were observed nearby.
LOGE 2207 3
