1.0 INTRODUCTION This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) has been prepared by Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (Live Oak) at the request of Calvin Tate. The subject of this investigation is the property located at 11880 East Ada Avenue, Stockton, California. The San Joaquin County application number has not yet been assigned. 1.1 About the SSCR The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify sources of on-site or off-site contamination affecting the Site, both current and past. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department will review this information as part of a land use application for the Site and may request action to address any contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific use. Live Oak prohibits use of the SSCR by any other parties and for any other purpose, including but not limited to making business or health risk determinations. The client is encouraged, however, to seek further information and take steps to remedy any contamination that may be present on the Site. The "contamination" addressed by this report is limited to the presence or suspected presence of petroleum products and those chemicals within the scope of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Per San Joaquin County requirements, wells, septic systems, and any surface debris are also discussed. This scope of work is standard practice among consultants preparing SSCRs. Per San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department_policy, this report is only valid for six months from its date of completion. 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION The Site is defined as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 103-280-33, approximately 4.85 acres in size. It is located at 11880 East Ada Avenue, Stockton, California. The Site is currently vacant land. A location map and site map are attached to this report as Plates 1 and 2 in Appendix 1.
