Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: LOEL SENIOR CENTER, 105 S WASHINGTON ST, LODI 95240 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />Routine inspection. <br />Quat and thermal test strips available. <br />Sanitizer bucket - 300 ppm quat. <br />Food is served at the facility between 11:30 AM- 12:00 PM for dine in or take out. <br />Facility is part of the Meals on Wheels programs. They package the batch prepared food items between 10:15-10:45 AM and <br />store the packaged food items in warmer or keep cold until it is picked up and delivered. The packaged food items are stored <br />in Cambro insulated containers or are sometimes kept cold in ice chests and hot using heated tiles during transportation. The <br />food items are kept for a max of 2 hours during transport, the food items are temped when packaged and halfway through the <br />delivery. <br />Discussed report with David Lafranchi, Chef. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
