<br />13. Install 36” Diameter Seepage Pit: By each. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools,
<br />equipment, and incidentals for excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and
<br />installing the proposed seepage pit as indicated on the plans and according to County of
<br />San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />14. Install Sewer WYE Connection and Sewer Lateral Connection to Sewer Cleanout: By
<br />each. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for
<br />excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and installing the proposed sanitary
<br />sewer WYE fitting and sewer lateral connection to sanitary sewer cleanout as indicated on
<br />the plans and according to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />15. Backfill Trench, Compact, and Match Existing Pavement/Concrete Section: By the square
<br />foot. Includes all labor, materials, and incidentals, and for doing all of the work involved in
<br />matching and compacting existing pavement sections to 95% relative compaction on all
<br />work performed and according to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />16. Record Drawings: By lump sum. Includes all labor, materials, and incidentals, and for
<br />doing all of the work involved in preparing as‐built drawings on all work performed and
<br />according to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />17. Tree Protection: By lump sum. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment,
<br />and incidentals for tree protection as indicated on the plans and according to County of
<br />San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
