<br />4. Tree and Stump Removal: By each. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools,
<br />equipment, and incidentals for removing the existing tree and stump as indicated on the
<br />plans and according to the County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />5. Sanitary Sewer Connection to Existing Building: By each. Includes providing all labor,
<br />materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for verifying sanitary sewer connection point,
<br />invert elevation, and installation of proposed sanitary sewer line as indicated on the plans
<br />and according to the County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />6. Install 6” Sanitary Sewer by Open Trench Method: By the linear foot. Includes providing
<br />all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for saw cutting existing asphalt
<br />concrete pavement, excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and installing the
<br />proposed sewer line as indicated on the plans. Includes furnishing, constructing, and
<br />removing sheeting, shoring, sloping, bracing, or equivalent trench support structures and
<br />according to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />7. Install 2500 Gallon Septic Tank: By each. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools,
<br />equipment, and incidentals for excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and
<br />installing the proposed septic tank as indicated on the plans and according to County of
<br />San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
<br />8. Install Sanitary Sewer Sump Pump Station: By each. Includes providing all labor,
<br />materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for excavating, removing waste materials
<br />from the site, and installing the proposed sanitary sewer sump pump station as indicated
<br />on the plans and according to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.

<br />asphalt concrete pavement, excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and
<br />installing the proposed leach line and perforated pipe as indicated on the plans. Includes
<br />furnishing, constructing, and removing sheeting, shoring, sloping, bracing, or equivalent
<br />trench support structures and according to County of San Joaquin Standards and
<br />Specifications.
<br />12. Install Leach Line Dispersion Box: By each. Includes providing all labor, materials, tools,
<br />equipment, and incidentals for excavating, removing waste materials from the site, and
<br />installing the proposed leach line dispersion box as indicated on the plans and according
<br />to County of San Joaquin Standards and Specifications.
