May 26, 1987
ADDENDUM TO: MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. SU -87-17 OF
GIBRALTAR COMMUNITY BUILDERS --SADDLE CITY
RE: Response to Preapplication conference
a. Sewage Facilities will be via a treatment plant.
1. Hook up to the City of Lodi"s facility if permitted.
or
2. On site package treatment plant.
b. Environmental review is to be based on a worst case scenerio
of mixed permitted uses in a HS district.
c. The "will serve" letter does not apply to this subdivision
application. This subdivision is outside of any urban center
providing services. Kitty Walker concurred.
d. Construction of frontage improvements along Thornton Road
should not include curb gutter and sidewalk, if the grade
separation at Thornton road and Highway 12 is built.
A sidewalk along Thornton Road could encourage pedestrian
traffic to a restricted access area, and possibly create
a future safety problem.
/'se lva
