The use of Paddock Place for access from Thornton Road is acceptable at this time but provision shall be made to cul-de-sac it and take access from the interior collector street in the event the event there is a conflict with the construction of the grade separation at Thornton Road and State Highway 12. Any access to Highway 12 will rea_uire resciding of restriction. by Caltrans. 3. The following are the recommended tentative map conditions based on the tentative map SU -87-17 application: a. Construct frontage improvements along Thornton Road. (100 -foot right of way), including pavement widening concrete and curb, gutter and sidewalk b. Construct full frontage improvements along DeBroggi Road (100 -foot and 80 -foot rights of way), including 60 -foot pavement and concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk on the subdivided side in accordance with Public Works Standards for an 84 -foot right-of-way urban street. C. Construct full street improvements for the north -south major collector street between State Highway 12 and DeBroggi Road including 60 feet of pavement and concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks in accordance with Public Works Standards for an 84 -foot right-of-way urban street. The connection of this road with State -Route 12 is sub- ject to Caltrans written approval. d. Construct full street improvements for the collector between DeBroggi Road.and the north -south major collector including 40 feet of pavement. Concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalk in accordance with Public Works Standards, for a 60 -foot right of way urban street. e. Access to parcels shall be off the interior streets. f. Provide street lighting throughout subdivision and along Thornton Road and DeBroggi Road frontages. g. Provide public domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems throughout the subdivision. (1) Terminal drainage is required. (any retention pond used for metering storm drainage runoff shall be dedicated to the County)
