DELUCCHI <br />...UT O,..CIO. <br />MANUEL LOPE: <br />over+ o�w,e.o. <br />APN 055-160-31, 35 and 36 <br />PROPOSAL: Major subdivision for a 7 -unit commercial subdivision. <br />The site is located on the southeast corner of Thornton Road and <br />State Highway 12. <br />The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br />Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />Thornton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet, and <br />a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br />Comments: <br />1. An environmental assessment shall be prepared to address the <br />traffic impact on Thornton Road and State Highway 12, <br />particularly the intersection of State Highway 12 and <br />Thornton Road. The information in the E.I.R.-77-6 for the <br />GP -77-4 does not reflect the current conditions. The <br />E.I.R.-77-6 was prepared prior to the opening of Interstate 5 <br />and the upgrading of road improvements on State Highway 12. <br />The developer shall participate financially in the <br />installation of traffic signals at Thornton Road and State <br />Highway 12 as an interim solution until Caltrans constructs <br />the grade separation. <br />
