All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The left restroom hand sink has separate hot water cold water faucet heads, it is nonadjustable. The <br />water from the hot water tap was 118 F. Provide a combined hot/cold faucet head with warm and cold water available with <br />warm water at 100 F minimum or provide a temperature valve to adjust hot water tap to provide warm water between <br />100-108 F. Correct prior to operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed cartons of eggs stored on top of plastic board on floor. Store food items at least 6 in. above <br />floor. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br />OBSERVATIONS: The bagged peanuts label did not state name and address of facility in which they were bagged. Provide <br />name and address of facility where the peanuts are bagged along with the name and weight. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br />food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities <br />with 19 or more chains in the state shall disclose nutritional information. (114087, 114089, 114089.1(a, b), 114090, 114093.1, 114094) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Provide chlorine test strips if soda machine will remain.
