Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available OBSERVATIONS: The left restroom hand sink has separate hot water cold water faucet heads, it is nonadjustable. The water from the hot water tap was 118 F. Provide a combined hot/cold faucet head with warm and cold water available with warm water at 100 F minimum or provide a temperature valve to adjust hot water tap to provide warm water between 100-108 F. Food shall be stored at least 6" above the floor on approved shelving. Provide name and address of facility where the peanuts are bagged along with the name and weight. Correct today.
