Per new owner they are not going to operate the deli once they take over. They may have a Krispy Krunchy Chicken in the future but not at this time. They will just sell liquor and prepackaged food items/whole produce for right now. Per new owner the basement will continue to be used only for liquor storage. If potentially hazardous food will be stored in liquor walk-in provide 41 F or below. Observed drainage pipes running along ceiling in basement. Per current owner the soda machine and both walk-in discharge pipes discharge into plastic container with a pump inside that pumps the wastewater into the sewer line. Discussed report with current owner and new owner over phone. No signature captured. Okay to issue permit once fee is paid and 5021 form is updated. PE1615 , fee $250.
