Food Program Service Request Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: ROYAL LIQUOR, 216 N CHEROKEE LN , LODI 95240 <br />Environmental Health Department <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on liquor walk-in fan and drink shelves in market walk-in. Clean and maintain clean. <br />Observed wooden shelves and cardboard in market walk-in. Remove these items and provide cleanable and nonabsorbent <br />equipment. Correct prior to operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards. (114130, 114130.1, 114130.2, 114130.3, 114130.4, 114130.5, <br />114132, 114133, 114137, 114139, 114153, 114155, 114163, 114165, 114167, 114169, 114172, 114177, 114180, 114182) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on floor in market walk-in and on floor and wall in liquor walk-in. Clean and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed damaged wall in left restroom. Repair prior to operating. <br />Observed damaged flooring in market and back room near 2 comp sink and liquor walk-in. Replace with approved flooring <br />prior to operating. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. They may have a Krispy Krunchy Chicken in the <br />future but not at this time. They will just sell liquor and prepackaged food items/whole produce for right now. <br />Per new owner the basement will continue to be used only for liquor storage. <br />If potentially hazardous food will be stored in liquor walk-in provide 41 F or below. <br />Observed drainage pipes running along ceiling in basement.
