<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The thermometer at the cream cheese/bacon display was not working. Provide an accurate thermometer
<br /> within 1 week.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be
<br /> available to the food handler. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed debris on floor in China Express under 2 comp sink and around warmer. Clean today and
<br /> maintain clean.
<br /> Observed damaged flooring under cook line in China Express. Per store director the contractors were not able to redo the
<br /> flooring under the equipment when they redid the rest of the kitchen because the were not able to remove the equipment.
<br /> They plan of repainting the flooring under the cook line and filling in the gaps. Repair flooring within 1 month.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
