Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The waste water from the 3 comp sink is not completely draining at the floor sink. <br /> Facility is closed due to inadequate disposal of waste water. <br /> Correction must be made prior to re-opening. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. Provide both hot and cold water to this sink <br /> today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes.
