#44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free;Vermin-Proof OBSERVATIONS:Facility has bags of trash/refuse piled up throughout the facility(blue bags). Dispose of all trash today. The dumpster is overflowing. Have dumpster emptied ASAP. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be kept vermin proof. Per Manager,there has been an issue with overflowing water from floor sinks and the grease trap since last week Thursday. The water came into the facility from the east side of the building (by the grease trap)by the 2 unused walk-in coolers. Water also surfaced from the floor sink by the 3 comp sink at the additional kitchen department.Water also ran into the store sales floor. Per manager,the plumber is scheduled to come this week Thursday. Per employee on site this date,waste water from the north sewer manhole(on the east side of the building)was pumped by the facility to a drain on Saturday. Observations this date:The toilets are flushing properly.Waste water from the three comp sink is not draining at the floor sink completely. *Facility closed at 2:35pm-The sewage line must be cleared prior to opening. Facility shall be cleaned and sanitized prior to re-opening. At the end of the inspection,the Manager states that the plumber will be coming out on Tuesday(9-13-22) Call inspector Kadeanne Linhares 209-616-3025 for re-inspection to re-open.
