Immediately obtain a chlorine or quat sanitizer for ware washing. <br /> A bottle of chlorine bleach was obtained. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Obtain by 60 <br /> days and provide a copy to Kadeanne Linhares(klinhares@sjgov.org). <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties. Increase the hot water <br /> temperature to 120F minimum. Correct today. <br /> The hot water at the restroom hand sink is 82F.
