3/22/22 <br />Re: Inspection done on 2/22/22 — Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br />This statement pertains to our inspection on 2/22/22. Since the last inspection in 2018 there has <br />been a lot of employees left and many hired. In all respect these employees were not properly trained in <br />all aspects of the company's responsibilities of all the reporting, inspections, and hazmat control. We <br />are working diligently to bring the facility up to compliance and are making every effort to do so in a <br />timely manner. <br />#103 — We have contacted a testing facility and they will be out to perform necessary test. Estimated <br />time of completion by 5/15/22. <br />#105— We have included photos of the tanks with the label "Permanently Closed". <br />#106 — We acknowledge that the report for the 2018 inspection was not filed until July 2019. <br />#605 —We have contacted our engineer to get the SPCC Plan updated with the requested information <br />added. Estimated time of completion 5/15/22. <br />#610 - We have contacted our engineer to get the SPCC Plan updated with the requested information <br />added. Estimated time of completion 5/15/22. <br />#624 - We have contacted our engineer to get the SPCC Plan updated with the requested information <br />added. Estimated time of completion 5/15/22. <br />#712 —This procedure has now been put in place. <br />#718 —We have fixed the leak. Cleaned the up the area. See Photos. <br />#719 —The barrel has been removed. See Photo <br />
