Food Program Service Request Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: ERNIE'S FOOD & SPIRITS, 1351 N MAIN ST , MANTECA <br />Environmental Health Department <br />NOTES <br />Ernie's Food and Spirits. <br />Change of ownership. <br />Casino Real high temp dish washer, 3 comp sink, Food prep area ( 1 comp sink, 2 comp sink), walk in cooler and mop sink <br />are used by Ernie's Food and Spirits. <br />All cold food items on the cold hold units at the cooking area, have temp at 41F or below. <br />Bar dish washer has chlorine 50 ppm. <br />Chlorine and QUAT test strips and thermo labels are available. <br />Facility is using QUAT tablets to set up sanitizer buckets. <br />Buckets are set with QUAT 300 ppm at all back kitchen stations. <br />Okay to operate. <br />Obtain permit asap. <br />PE1625 $376 for new health permit under the new ownership. <br />5021 form to be updated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
