COMPLAINANT BROUGHT IT TO THE EMPLOYEES ATTENTION AND THEY BROUGHT UP A WIRE <br /> BRISTLE BRUSH USED TO CLEAN THE GRILL AND SAID IT IS MOST LIKELY FROM THAT. COMPLAINANT WANTS <br /> SOMEONE TO INSPECT THE FACILITY AT LEAST THE GRILL TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEANING IT PROPERLY." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Owner believes that the accusations are false(due to increasing <br /> competition in the area). Owner states that the grill grate is cleaned with the pressure washer and the brush used for the grill <br /> does not have wire bristles.
