d. Eight Mile Road shall be dedicated and improved on the subdivided side to County standards for an 84-foot right- of-way rural subdivision street . e. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for Lot 1 along the frontage of Eight Mile Road. f. A Preliminary Soils Report is required, in accordance with County standards, for thepurpose of determining the R-Value for the design of the roads. g. Storm drainage shall conform to the Morada North Storm Drain Facility Plan and to County standards. Dedication of the needed area for the drainage pond and provision for terminal drainage is required. h. The project shall be served by a public water system con- forming to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works . The system shall pro- vide adequate domestic and fire water supply in confor- mance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire district . A test well showing that the production well will meet all applicable standards is required prior to the approval of the improvement plans or any work within the site . An additional well connection to the existing water system is required. The minimum well site should be 50 feet wide by 75 feet deep . i . The property shall annex to County Service Area No . 46 prior to approval of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage and water facilities . j . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service ,fees for the County-provided utility services in an amount equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time the improvements are accepted until the effective date of assessment on the tax roll . Deposit of fees shall be sub- mitted at the time of acceptance of the facilities by the County. k. All utilities shall be underground. Easement for utili- ties shall be provided as required by the public utility companies. 1 .
