Henry Road <br /> Riverbank, CA 95320 <br /> Re: Disposal of Solid Waste at 23201 S. Santa Fe Road (APN# 249-060-13) <br /> Dear Mr. Lane: <br /> On 6/3/98, representatives from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, <br /> San Joaquin County Code Enforcement, and the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board performed an inspection of the above referenced property. The <br /> results of that inspection revealed that solid wastes have been and are currently being <br /> illegally disposed of at this site. This is a violation of the Public Resources Code (PRC) <br /> Sections 45000, 45005 and 45011, California Code of Regulations, (CCR) Title 27, <br /> Sections 20680, 20810, 20870, San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 2887, Section 5-2400, <br /> 5-24015-2500, and any and all federal, state or local ordinances that may apply to the <br /> storage and/or removal of said wastes. <br /> San Joaquin County has the authority pursuant to Public Resources Code 45000, 45005 <br /> and 45011 to order the property owner to cease and desist any improper action, and to <br /> take corrective action to correct the aforementioned violations following a time schedule <br /> established by the San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, for the site to be brought into compliance. <br /> Cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of solid wastes, both above and below <br /> the surface of the ground, on said property. Remove all unauthorized solid wastes from <br /> said property, above.and below the surface of the ground, and transport to a permitted <br /> disposal site or recycling facility, within 30 days of the receipt of this letter. <br /> If you have any questions,please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS,at(209)468-0343 of my <br /> staff. <br /> Karen Furst, M.
