Santa Fe Road(APN#249-060-14) <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> On 6/3/98, representatives from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, San <br /> Joaquin County Code Enforcement, and the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> performed an inspection of the above referenced property. The results of that inspection <br /> revealed that solid wastes have been and are currently being illegally disposed of at this site. <br /> This is a violation of the Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections 45000,45005 and 45011, <br /> California Code of Regulations, (CCR)Title 27, Sections 20680, 20810,20870, San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 2887, Section 5-2400, 5-24015-2500, and any and all federal, state or <br /> local ordinances that may apply to the storage and/or removal of said wastes. <br /> San Joaquin County has the authority pursuant to Public Resources Code Sections 45000, 45005, <br /> and 45011 to order the property owner to cease and desist any improper action, and to take <br /> corrective action to correct the aforementioned violations following a time schedule established <br /> by San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division,for the site to be <br /> brought into compliance. <br /> Cease and desist any fiu-ther unauthorized disposal of solid wastes on said property. Remove all <br /> unauthorized solid wastes from said property, both above ground and below the surface, and <br /> transport to a permitted disposal site or recycling facility,within 30 days of the receipt of this <br /> letter. <br /> We are aware that you have requested a meeting with the appropriate County and State personnel <br /> concerning this matter. Unfortunately, the State staff who are involved with this matter are <br /> unavailable until August. We have requested that a meeting at the site be scheduled as soon as <br /> the State staff are available. In the meantime, if you have any questions concerning clean-up and <br /> disposal,please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS,at(209)468-0343 of my staff. <br /> Karen Furst, M.
